Laundromat FAQ
Our Clinton and Quitman locations are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (last wash at 9:00 PM). Our Choctaw location is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM (last wash at 8:00 PM).
We are both! All of our machines accept coins, as well as cashless payment via a kiosk or a mobile app, giving you multiple options.
Yes! All three of our locations have a variety of large commercial washers and dryers perfect for oversized items like comforters and large family loads.
Our Clinton location is attended. Our Choctaw and Quitman locations are unattended but have on-call support and are cleaned daily.
Yes, you can pay and operate our machines using our mobile app for added convenience.
Yes, we have an ATM at our Clinton and Quitman locations.
All of our locations have a change machine to convert cash to coins for our coin-operated machines.
Wash and Fold Questions
Our wash and fold drop-off service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at our Clinton location only.
We meticulously sort all laundry to prevent color bleeding and damage. We separate items by color (whites, lights, and darks) and by fabric type (e.g., separating delicates).
We use high-quality detergents such as Tide or Gain, and we pair them with OxiClean stain removers for effective cleaning. Commercial-strength detergents and fabric softeners are optional. We also offer fragrance-free options upon request.
Yes, we perform spot treatment on all visible stains. Standard stain treatment is included at no extra fee.
Yes, we can hang shirts, dresses, or pants upon request to help reduce wrinkles. Hangers are $0.50 each, or you can provide your own hangers for free.

Please note, there is a small $0.25 per pound upcharge applied to heavily soiled items or items with excessive pet hair.
Yes, there is a $25 minimum for drop off wash and fold. This minimum is often met with a load of laundry that most folks use a 2-load washer to wash.
Standard orders are ready for pick-up the next business day.
Same-day orders are ready by closing time, but you must drop off your laundry by noon.
Please note that for excessively large orders, we'll let you know when you bring it in if we'll need an extra day.
If you do have excessively large orders and you are a business, consider requesting a quote. We can help prevent laundry from piling up and impacting your business.

Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer this on an as-needed basis. Just sign up and sign in to see the available driver pickup and drop-off days and times and select times that fit your schedule.
Our routes operate Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Saturdays are by appointment only.

Yes, there is a $45 minimum for all pickup and delivery orders, which is around 22 lbs. This is often met with the weekly laundry a household produces.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
Our standard turnaround is next business day. Most orders are ready for delivery back to your door the day after we pick it up.
Please note for excessively large orders, we will contact you if we need an extra day.
Not at all. Just let us know by inputting notes in your order where our driver can find the laundry and where they can drop it off.
No, you can cancel at any time or upgrade and downgrade services.
With the payment card you put on file with us, typically the payment card used at checkout.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
